About Damian
He builds things. That's the throughline.
Damian Strak has spent most of his career building things. Sometimes that meant homes and renovations. At other points, it meant record labels, artist careers, businesses and brands. Today, it also means real estate, software and technology.
Before entering real estate, Damian worked in construction, renovations, landscaping and plumbing — a practical understanding of property that came long before it became his profession. His education took him through Sheridan College, Humber College, Queensland University and Harvard University, though much of his professional life was shaped just as strongly outside the classroom.
Music, labels, and a hundred artists
For years, Damian’s life revolved around music. As an international DJ, he headlined shows across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia, while building and operating record labels, music publishing companies, artist-management ventures and an international radio station — eventually working with and managing more than 100 artists. His career crossed paths with artists including Armin van Buuren, Carl Cox, David Guetta, Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull and Noel, and connected with labels including Sony BMG, Universal Music, Armada Music, Toolroom Records and Yoshitoshi Recordings. It was a world built on equal parts creativity and business: contracts, negotiations, promotion, deadlines, and the constant challenge of turning ideas into something commercially viable.
Into real estate
Eventually, Damian brought that experience into real estate. After completing Ontario’s Real Estate Salesperson Program and graduating at the top of his class, he established Titan Realty Inc., his personal real estate corporation. Today he practices as a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Right Move, working with buyers, sellers and investors across Simcoe County, Muskoka, Kawartha Lakes and the GTA.
His approach is deliberately straightforward — real estate is complicated enough without making it feel more complicated. Clients can expect direct communication, careful attention to detail, and an agent who stays personally involved from the first conversation through closing: advice when it’s useful, urgency when it’s actually warranted, and space when a client simply needs time to decide.
Titan U — building the other half
In recent years, another chapter has emerged. Damian is the founder and owner of Titan U, an independent umbrella for his expanding work in software, artificial intelligence, privacy technology, immersive technology, real estate technology and digital products — with direct, hands-on involvement across concept, design, branding, architecture, coding, AI integration, testing and deployment.
One U. Many Worlds.
It’s not as dramatic a shift as it might first appear. The subject matter has changed many times over the years, but the underlying instinct has stayed the same: understand the field, learn how the pieces fit together, build something, and keep improving it. Different industries, different problems — the common thread has always been the same: build something worthwhile, and do it properly.
